Your responsibilities
- Crates action plan to support business demands,
- Evaluates technologies/skills and prepares recommendation and/or proposals,
- Analyses the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs,
- Oversees departmental finances, including budgeting and forecasting,
- Coordinates day-to-day operations and team efforts to improve the efficiency of Competence Centers,
- Communicates with the technology team and other departments as collaboration requires,
- Assists in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts,
- Develops and utilizes reliable metrics.
Our requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position,
- Very good understanding of business processes,
- Very strong understanding and passion to IT Technologies and/or practical IT skills and experience,
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills,
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills,
- Ability to multi-task and react positively to changes in priorities,
- Ability to work under pressure and during non-standard working hours,
- Financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and justifying,
- Basic knowledge of the Polish labor code and understanding of the different forms of employment,
- English – full professional working proficiency.
