IT Consultant Application Delivery and Support

- Provide technical support for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)/Gigya and Adobe Experience Manager platforms, solve reported issues and work on the new functionalities. Play role of technical leader within the support team.
- Lead service improvement initiative and rollout programs.
- Front-end development for Client’s websites,
- Provide technical support for websites working on Gigya and AEM platform,
- Solving reported issues according to service guidelines,
- Provide technical assessments for proposed solutions,
- Ensure high quality of service provided,
- CIAM/Gigya and AEM knowledge sharing within the team,
- Problem Management of provided service,
- Risk Management and proactive risks identification,
- Service retrospective and continuous service improvement,
- Provide SME expertize within rollout of global digital programs.
- Experience in, or at least a first professional exposure to:
- Service support and service processes,
- Development/Programming (Database, Website),
- Experience in or exposure to Customer Identity and Access Management related skills are major assets:
- Testing and deployment automation,
- Release Management,
- Agile / Scrum methodology,
- high sense of proactivity and business analysis: you understand your customer’s needs and are able
- translate needs into the IT languages and vice versa,
- very good command of English (spoken and written).
