Your responsibilities
- Handling network services and hardware ordering process – quoting, ordering, communicating and archiving of orders.
- Managing communication with the providers and within the organization.
- Managing the list of IT services/hardware providers.
- Building positive relations with IT service/hardware providers.
- Assisting with hardware Asset Management maintenance and development.
Our requirements
- Bachelor degree will be an asset,
- Some experience with creating reports in Power BI (nice to have),
- Fluency in oral and written English,
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills,
- Experience in working in international environment,
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position or general understanding in IT, Telekom or Network department administration (nice to have),
- General knowledge about network equipment would be an asset.
