About the project

The role holder will be working in HSBC Technology Poland COO Team supporting IT Centre’s Director, locally Global Businesses and Global Functions’ Teams located in HSBC Technology Poland and will also liaise with Global COO Teams directly or indirectly supporting GBGFs globally.

Your responsibilities

  • hosting HTP Branding Group meetings and driving its activities in the spirit of agile methodology (workshops, conferences, meet ups, etc.)

  • being in charge of branding activities for HTP;

  • organising internal and external initiatives across HTP;

  • bringing together various group of people to collectively work towards shared goals and tasks;

  • being a SME in communications channels;

  • providing ongoing administrative support to the Head of Technology Centre Poland;

  • providing support to CAO IT Poland team in daily tasks, including recruitment;

  • managing calendars, meetings agendas and arranging business travels;

  • settling invoices and tracking costs for CAO IT Poland;

  • cooperating closely with HTP ExCo members to ensure ongoing business and operational continuity;

  • being a SME in all administrative tasks related to effective functioning of the central team, including tight cross-functional cooperation with GSC functions, locally and globally;

  • drawing up reports, MI and decks as requested;

  • other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Technology Centre Poland.

Our requirements

  • Profound experience in running branding initiatives for an IT environment;

  • Experience in preparing and releasing official communication letters and messages;

  • Experience in organising external & internal events;

  • Experience in cooperating with external parties, with a strong focus on universities and higher education institutions;

  • Good familiarity with HSBC administrative procedures and policies;

  • Solid experience in MS Office suite (strong focus on Excel and Power Point);

  • Experience in providing BAU support to senior management;

  • Analytical mindset and ease of working with high volumes of data;

  • Strong internal stakeholders’ management;

  • Strong soft skills related to managing expectations

  • Previous experience in working in a fast-paced IT environment;

  • Fluent English.

Optional

  • Experience in organizing external meet ups;

  • Experience in running e2e recruitment processes within IT.
