Your responsibilities
Deliver a customer experience that is professional and timely
Complete necessary data entry into BIDS for purposes of OS and DB remediations
Review ServiceNow requests received to ensure its accuracy.
Review accuracy of planned dates made and adhere to PCM.
Raise ServiceNow change requests and see through to completion
Manage ServiceNow SLTN/REQ/INC queues and generate reporting
Validate report based activities within the agreed SLAs.
Complete department hand-off as required
Escalate items that are not getting appropriate attention from internal customers.
Interact with Global, Cross Functional and Virtual teams
Host daily, weekly and occasional weekend calls where required
Education: Bachelor’s or Equivalent Job Experience
Our requirements
Experience in banking operation, Operational process management
Demonstrated strengths across Risk/Controls and Client Excellence
ServiceNow modules: INC, CHG, Reporting
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good oral and written communication skills (Professional customer responses)
Good customer service skills, service oriented
Attention to details, high level of accuracy and productivity.
Meticulous, with good initiative & independence, communication skills
