Your responsibilities
Software delivery oversight - experience of working as an IT project manager / delivery manager in the past will be a key success contributor
Active engagement in tracking the opportunity pipeline
Active involvement in supporting client pursuit teams to bid for engagements; coordinate internal resources to develop content and pricing for proposals
Managing the resourcing of new engagements; ensure resource availability and allocation for team augmentation projects
Acting as an escalation point during project delivery and playing a proactive part in project governance
Contract management
Building relationships across the firm to help identify new opportunities
Support and facilitate meetings with diverse, and often remote, teams with different specializations
Our requirements
Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Business Development management and IT Delivery management
Proven track record in delivering IT implementation projects, ideally at significant scale in an international environment
Ability to see tasks through to the end and meet tight deadlines, taking responsibility for their completion and maintaining quality throughout
Confident working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated skills in complex problem solving, critical thinking and collaborating with others
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in geographically dispersed environments
Ability to speak and write English fluently and to a high standard (essential)
Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships at all levels
Willingness to travel - given the nature of the market we work in, there would be an expectation to travel to the UK (usually London) for meetings once a month

You’ll work as part of PwC IT Services’s UK Go-To-Market (GTM) team, supporting one of our GTM Directors to work with colleagues in PwC UK to pursue client opportunities around customer / front office technology, set up projects for successful delivery and play an active role in the project delivery governance, all with a view to helping us grow revenue.
