Your responsibilities

  • Managing delivery of specified area while cooperating with Vendors, Project Managers, Business and other delivery stakeholders

  • Overseeing daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed,

  • Cooperating with other team leaders to coordinate proper delivery across all IT areas,

  • Ensuring proper 2-way communication with stakeholders regarding the priorities and exceptions,

  • Reviewing business needs and plans and taking them in delivery plans,

  • Serving as point of escalation for Project Managers, Business Partners and other Pepco requestors,

  • Building positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth,

  • Using Project Management best practices to drive delivery in transparent, controlled and manageable manner,

  • Overseeing quality assurance processes on suppliers’ side,

  • Cooperating with Pepco Test Centre of Excellence in software quality assurance,

  • Performing quarterly vendor reviews,

  • Ensuring that continuous improvement approach is applied on 3rd party side and driving the adoption of new technologies.

Our requirements

  • Higher education in IT or related field,

  • At least 8 years of professional experience, min. 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Advanced knowledge of project management, software development methods and information technology; basic knowledge of ITIL, relational databases, WINDOWS operating systems, PC and PC peripherals structure and handling,

  • Retail experience is nice to have

  • Project Management certificates are a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent English

  • Communication skills, customer focused and target-orientation,

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
