Your responsibilities
Holding this position, you will be responsible for providing Software Platform Management with the following services: Image Management, Software Packaging, Electronic Software Distribution. You will support Service Desk and local IT Teams by handling incoming service requests, troubleshoot problems with existing software packages and provide last level of support and guidelines for desktop related issues. Major responsibilities:
• Building, maintaining and supporting a base image of workstations, including OS, drivers and software packages utilized by all business partners
• Maintaining OS delivery systems
• Testing and making available OS security patches for distribution via patch management
• Ensure a high performing and engaged project organization
• Software maintenance of video conference equipment
• Writing up and organizing end-user trainings regarding newly implemented features
• Ensure effective transfer and archiving of the project results and the associated knowledge
• Facilitating meetings with stakeholders, ensure proper communication channels
Our requirements
Experience in application deployment (SCCM/In Tune) / Platform management
Familiar with administration of Windows 10
Good knowledge of PowerShell and AD / GPO
Communicative level of English skills
Structured and able to work with deadlines
Quality-driven
Able to cooperate effectively with customers and other business units
