Your responsibilities
end user PCs analysis & issue troubleshooting
service requests implementation
determining the cause of the issue and ticket coordination
ticket escalation to the next level
technical documentation for IT teams’ creation and revalidation
FAQ articles for users creation
3rd party software support (Druva, Adobe products, Office 365)
active Directory OUs and accounts maintenance
user account lifecycle support
company software support
Our requirements
good IT problem solving skills and knowledge of troubleshooting tools
at least 1 year of experience on a similar position
very good knowledge of English
Windows client operating system knowledge on advanced level
general understanding of IT networking and servers
basic understanding of Active Directory services
strong interpersonal and customer service skills
professional communication skills
strong motivation to work in a dynamic international team as well as autonomously
knowledge of ITIL and basic scripting experience will be a strong advantage
