    IT Developer - IBM Sterling
    Work place: Wrocław

    Job Description: 

    • Develop EDI Integrations using IBM Sterling Integrator
    • Monitor and resolve application related incident tickets and general user service requests
    • Resolve or escalate incidents to the appropriate user or team within the specified SLA and in compliance with established standard operating procedures
    • Work with application technical and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve issues affecting overall application system performance
    • Interact directly with both internal and external clients and trading partners through user requests and queries from email and incident tickets
    • Implement new B2B/EDI trading partner integrations
    • Participate in a continuous improvement process to reduce ticket volumes and improve overall production support service and efficiency by identifying recurring or potential issues & recommending solutions
    • Create and maintain relevant technical and production support documentation
    • Provide on-call support, on a rotational basis, including non-traditional hours as needed 



    • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
    • 3 years development and support experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, version 5.0 or higher

    Nice to have

    • L1-L2 production support experience resolving B2B/EDI related incidents and requests via a ticketing tool and system monitoring alerts
    • Working with EDI standard data formats (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, etc.)
    • Working with core EDI related processes
    • Transformation EDI, XML, SAP IDoc, delimited and positional data formats using Sterling B2B Integrator mapping tools
    • Development and troubleshooting of Sterling B2B Integrator business processes using BPML and XPath using IBM Graphical Process Modeling tool (GPM) or text editor
    • Implementation of B2B/EDI connectivity for B2B or A2A integrations with Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway using industry-standard communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, HTTP/S FTP, FTP/S, OFTP, OFTP2
    • Java programming experience
    • Proficiency with Linux OS and shell scripting
    • Familiarity with SAP EDI integration and related SAP screens and functionality
    • Experience using Splunk or other similar log management tools
    • Experience with IBM Sterling Secure Proxy and IBM Sterling Control Center configuration
    • Familiarity with System Integration Architects (SIA) Framework Manager and SIMon TV
    • Experience with data encryption solutions (e.g., PGP)
    • Knowledge of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Suite adapter and service configuration
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and ability to think “outside the box”
    • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication, reporting and presentation skills
    • Strong customer interaction, organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multi-task multiple development and support initiatives
