About the project

Lead of developer team in one or multiple process chains and technical expert for software design and quality acts as consultant and empowers the development team regarding software design and development techniques.

Your responsibilities

  • Assure free of interruption development & customizing on Bosch Thermotechnology SAP application including all kind of external implementations -> currently R/3 -> in the future also S/4

  • Support and consult all kind of projects on Bosch Thermotechnology SAP applications from beginning of preparation until the end of stabilization phase

  • Improve and adjust SAP application landscape due to business need

  • Plan and execute Technical upgrade + system refresh activities

  • Plan and host developer & project manager trainings

  • Overtake roles like project manager if necessary -> e.g. for technical upgrade projects

  • Support and consult building / changing system landscapes

  • Together with Solution Managers and Technical Development Manager being first point of contact in case of any kind of technical questions

  • Assure that development guidelines, transport process, IT central processes will be followed

  • End-to-end responsible -> cross function responsibility

Our requirements

  • Self-organized and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Expert knowledge in 1-2 modules of SAP ERP (preferably MM or/and SD)

  • Experience in ABAP coding or debugging

  • Working knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools and techniques/ability to interpret quality indicators

  • Experienced in effectively interacting and communicating

  • Fluent English
