Your responsibilities
- Coordinate annual budgeting and monthly financial reporting, observing Technology Tower. Maintain effective relationships and communication with CIOs/IT Directors and other personnel as appropriate to help ensure proper level of support and accuracy.
- Ensure continued regular recurring process of gathering & reporting global spend & variances analysis.
- Aggregate, supervise, analyze & report monthly OpEx actuals, forecasts, with meaningful variance analysis. Provide meaningful and insightful cost variance analysis, by Technology Tower and Expense Category into global IT spend and help seeing opportunities to optimize spend value.
- Ensure effective spend management, communicate risks and mitigation plans to adhere to budget and benefit achievement.
- Lead cost allocation process and related communications. Partner with the Tax departments and Global Controlling teams on the Global IT recharges to ensure proper management allocations and optimize tax benefits. Ensure IT cost allocations are fair, transparent, and charged on a timely basis; optimize tax deductibility by maintaining supporting agreements and documentation.
- Identify and implement financial process and control improvements, including the use of automated solutions.
- Engage in Special Projects as needed.
Our requirements
- BS or BA in Finance or Business.
- MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or IT in leadership positions with budget responsibilities, with 2 years minimum of management experience.
- Experience in IT Finance (international experience a plus).
- Project management / experience implementing applications / business intelligence solutions, preferred.
- Continuous operational improvement methodologies experience, a plus.
- Fluent in English; Polish and Spanish are a plus.
- Ability to lead through influence & coordinate across multiple groups.
- Ability to structure ambiguous situations.

The core focus of this role is to provide support to the Global IT financial management function (OpEx, Capex and investment programs), to ensure accurate and timely financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting for North America and Corporate costs, while maintaining alignment with peers responsible for other regions.
This position is based in Warsaw Poland as preferred location, but we consider other locations in Poland, and be part of a team of 3 members- all located in Warsaw.
