Your responsibilities
Acting as an internal helpdesk L1 and L2
Supporting of technical employees (e.g. developers) and nontechnical ones
Ensuring the correctness and continuity of operation of hardware, software and other supporting IT devices, e.g. workstations, scanners, data transmission devices in the local network and to the Internet network, data archiving devices, devices supporting power supply dedicated to IT devices, operating systems and dedicated software
Performing administration tasks in the software to the extent provided by the producer and specified in the technical documentation
Implementation of guidelines and instructions from IT departments from superior organizational units
Supervision over the efficiency of the equipment
Help employees make better and more efficient use of computers
Our requirements
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Proven work experience on a similar position
Knowledge of Active Directory at the level of user and access management
Knowledge of Storage systems from Synology families
Knowledge of Office 365 package with administration skills
MacOS support experience
Experience in configuration of Systems (remotely or directly on Laptop/mobile phone) in a User-facing environments
ITIL awareness, understating of 1st/2nd line of support and part of it is troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of basic user-facing security concepts like antiviruses, setup of Windows and macOS in a secure way
Basic knowledge of cybersec, holistic Information Security or ISO 27xxx compliance
Knowledge of GLPI, Zabbix, Asana, Jira systems – nice to have
Fluent knowledge of English both written and spoken - at least B2 level
