Your responsibilities
- Entry role for candidates with strong English and interpersonal skills who are open to learn and grow for further development in IT field.
- Identify, research and resolve technical problems
- Handle incoming telephone calls, online chats and emails for technical support
- Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions for customer
- Participants will be able to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to help users and will receive on-the-job training, yearly corporate training and individualized training to help you grow personally and professionally.
Our requirements
- Fluent English and basic IT skills or strong will to develop on this field – must have
- Customer service or similar experience – advantage, nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science or disciplines related to Information Technology – nice to have
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Ability to succeed in the Service Desk role while engaging interest to develop into other roles
