Your responsibilities
Handling all English/Polish written communication within and outside the team
New skills and knowledge acquired during training
Providing estimated time needed to finish assigned tasks
Communication with other team members (developers, designers and testers) in order to ensure correctness of the project
Solving problems related to the daily use of computers and software
Support for administration of server systems, LAN network and selected software used by the company
Receiving and monitoring reports on failures and problems in IT functioning
Participation in planning and implementing IT development
Monitoring, analysis and assistance in the selection of optimal computer equipment
Purchase of IT equipment and keeping its records
Taking care of the security of services and data
Our requirements
English at a minimum level of B2 (higher intermediate)
Minimum one year of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of Microsoft 365
Knowledge of Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Slack)
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux, macOS operating systems
The ability to diagnose hardware and software faults
Knowledge of issues related to computer networks and shared resources based on Microsoft AD
Communication skills, the ability to work in a team and solve problems under time pressure
