Your responsibilities

  • Handling all English/Polish written communication within and outside the team

  • New skills and knowledge acquired during training

  • Providing estimated time needed to finish assigned tasks

  • Communication with other team members (developers, designers and testers) in order to ensure correctness of the project

  • Solving problems related to the daily use of computers and software

  • Support for administration of server systems, LAN network and selected software used by the company

  • Receiving and monitoring reports on failures and problems in IT functioning

  • Participation in planning and implementing IT development

  • Monitoring, analysis and assistance in the selection of optimal computer equipment

  • Purchase of IT equipment and keeping its records

  • Taking care of the security of services and data

Our requirements

  • English at a minimum level of B2 (higher intermediate)

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar position

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365

  • Knowledge of Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Slack)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux, macOS operating systems

  • The ability to diagnose hardware and software faults

  • Knowledge of issues related to computer networks and shared resources based on Microsoft AD

  • Communication skills, the ability to work in a team and solve problems under time pressure
