    IT helpdesk – Windows and Mac iOS

    Oriflame is now looking for an IT helpdesk – first level site support to further strengthen our team.

    Your responsibilities

    Oriflame has it’s headquarter for Central Europe region in Warsaw from where we are supporting regional office (250+ users), sub-regional offices and markets remotely.

    Prime responsibilities of system administrator are:

    • Helpdesk (local and remote)
    • User hardware maintenance and support
    • System software maintenance (OS, AD, etc.) 

    What we are looking for

    • IT Education (high school or university degree)
    • Fluent English is a Must
    • Review support issues and provide first level site support as required (eg. OS related – Windows and Mac IOs; Network systems related - LAN/WAN communications, Active Directory; Application related - MS Office, software deployments, email and collaboration tools)
    • Maintaining system performance by conducting system monitoring and analysis and executing performance tuning
    • Troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating system
    • An analytical approach to work
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivation and discipline
    • Good time management skills
    • Ability to work as part of a team and handle different tasks in a short time
    • Very open minded and positive person with a “can do-attitude”
