Your responsibilities
- Providing legal advice in other areas, i.e. Employment Law, Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, Civil Law.
- Providing legal advice on Personal Data Protection and supporting Objectivity Group companies in implementation and supervising of privacy compliance with the focus on European law (GDPR), Polish, English and German law, including: organization of internal processes (HR, Payroll, marketing), drafting and negotiating DPAs, analysis of international personal data transfers, both within and outside of the Objectivity Group, close cooperation with Quality and Security Teams.
- Drafting policies and guidelines.
- Staying up-to-date with applicable laws, regulations and industry guidance.
- Contract negotiations with clients and service suppliers, licensors, resellers etc.
- Cooperation with external legal offices and other departments in the company (Payroll, Quality, Finance).
Our requirements
- Fluency in English is a must, oral and written.
- Excellent knowledge of Privacy (Personal Data) Law.
- Proactive, self-starter who shows project ownership and enjoys working across departments
- 3+ years of professional experience or as an In-House lawyer in international environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
