Your responsibilities

  • Process Development

  • Develop delivery templates considering criticality and scalability

  • Elaboration of the processes for hardware and infrastructure ordering, delivery, and installation in cooperation with the departments involved

  • Development and maintenance of a worldwide hardware as a service process (reduction of lead time, OPEX instead of CAPEX)

  • Development of cost model and billing / budgeting solutions

  • Customer Management

  • Obtain customer orders and support customers with requirement analysis

  • Plan and coordinate hardware and infrastructure delivery activities according the developed processes to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers

  • Checking and, if necessary, fulfillment of the delivery requirements

  • Scheduling and confirmation of delivery dates

  • Preparation of delivery documentation

  • Risk management

  • Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance

  • SPOC for the customer and project regarding infrastructure and hardware

  • Create and maintain an overview of orders and delivered instances

Our requirements

  • Technical understanding of hardware and infrastructure

  • Experience in process modelling and optimization

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer service / relationship management experience

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
