    The IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist provides technical support to our internal clients. The Specialist supports standardized end-user devices and systems with a focus on aligning IT services with business needs based upon an understanding of ITIL practices. You should not only have strong technical skills but also excellent customer service, teamwork, communication and troubleshooting skills. You will use these skills in a dynamic and customer service minded environment. We provide commercially competitive products and services that enable engineered performance.     Being part of our team:

    • You will run daily IT infrastructure health check and pre-shift communication.
    • You will cover incident queue in shift patterns.
    • You will clearly document support issues and all steps performed in ITSM ticketing tool.
    • You will recognize and prioritize incidents, requests and tasks assigned to the team.
    • You will deliver and maintain proper operation of IT infrastructure, in terms of hardware, network and voice connectivity.
    • You will support deployment and implementation of new products and solutions.
    • You will diagnose and resolve solution of end-user hardware/servers/network/voice technology related issues.
    • You will lilies with third-level support groups when an additional support, advice is required.
    • You will manage and perform allocated tasks, projects, initiatives, check progress, report results to peers and higher management.

    Open to discussing flexible/agile working.


    • You are fluent in English.
    • You are able to troubleshoot hardware and software related issues on laptops, PCs, thin clients and mobile devices.
    • You have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, Microsoft Windows operating systems, Managed Print Services, Microsoft Windows Server’s administration, Voice over IP technology.
    • You are familiar with Active Directory and group management.
    • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments.
    • You possess extraordinary communication skills and partnering mindset.

    The following will be advantageous:

    • ITIL v3 Foundation certificate.
    • Use PowerShell or other scripting languages.
