Your responsibilities
Survey, documentation, and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements for digitization and integration concepts in the context of asset and license management and their evaluation on the basis of fixed metrics with regard to feasibility and profitability.
Participation in projects and assumption of (partial) project management responsibilities.
Operating, maintaining, and participating in the development of Microsoft SQL in the context of asset and license management.
Design and implementation of reporting, interface configuration and automation / Provide data in the asset and license management tools (Flexera and OpenLM).
Operational support of asset and license inventory, including creating license reports, consolidating license inventories, reposting and provisioning licenses, connecting license servers, and installing and configuring, managing and updating license files, and creating query-based spreadsheets.
Employer requirements
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, technical business administration or comparable.
Good knowledge of databases, especially SQL and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, MS Office and a good understanding of IT processes and IT contexts.
Knowledge of license and asset management, IT operations, and system environments.
Very good written and spoken English as well as basic knowledge of German.
Good knowledge of Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira/Confluence.
Strong presentation skills, especially in presenting of complex interrelationships.
Very good communication skills.

We are looking for you as an in-house business consultant (m/f/d) to reinforce our features team for asset and license management.
There you will be mainly responsible for the conception of an integrated data model for asset and license management as well as the administration of the (SQL) databases. You will also support your colleagues in Requirements recording, planning, designing and implementing evaluations and interfaces to other IAV systems as part of the IAV digitalization strategy.
