Your responsibilities
Performing as a part of the global team within the environment of functioning IT processes
Evaluation, testing and implementation of new solutions (SW or HW)
Working in the Agile way in the Agile organization
ServiceNow Incident and Problem Management
Administer, maintain and support the existing solutions and projects
Reports on progress, issues and problems to the supervisor
Providing lessons learned and giving suggestions to optimize the work processes.
Our requirements
Studies in Information Technologies, Engineering, business sciences or comparable practical knowledge and experience
Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word, Access)
Good language skills in English
Open-mindedness and enthusiasm will be a plus
