Technologies we use
Manage applications and services within the landscape with focus on SAP Core
Ensure a smooth operation of the IT applications for LGBS and its worldwide LH Group customers in close cooperation with the LGBS IT team members in Germany as well as the contracted service providers
Conceptual design and implementation of SAP system architecture, system management functions and security features within the IT landscape (with focus on PaaS-Cloud environments)
Continuous monitoring of interfaces and automated processes regarding integrity, performance and optimal usage, ensuring a smooth and stable IT support for the processes offered by LGBS
Derive necessary technical and conceptual measures from the monitoring analysis, plan and implement the same in direct interaction with Customer, IT team and service providers
Create IT specifications from customer requirements and prepare corresponding decision papers
Act as primary contact for IT-related issues of process management units as well as operations in Cracow, ensuring close communication and alignment of activities
Act as the 2nd-level support for SAP and non-SAP topics in Cracow, solving on-site and/or filtering the issues for further solution findings within the IT team and/or the service provider
Conduct and support trainings
Conception of architectural design of archiving solutions in a cloud environment
Academic graduate in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Informatics or similar studies.
+5 years of practical experience in supporting and managing applications in the environment.
+5 years of practical experience in steering and managing IT service providers
Experience in customizing and conceptual design of solutions
Planning and organizational talent
Analytical skills and accuracy.
Strong conceptual skills
Flexibility, cultural competence, entrepreneurship
Capability to define precisely complex situations and issues
Distinctive written and oral communication capability
Willingness to learn and to pick up new topics
Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
Good understanding of data flows and processes
Good knowledge in SAP Technology and SAP Security as well as Project Management skills
Good knowledge of PaaS demand management.
Knowledge of IT security, data encryption, data protection, SecKey
IT demand management.
German language skills
Knowledge of archiving and content management architecture
