Manage applications features, including stakeholders’ relation
Help business/Product Owner to define Business Requirements
Backlog knowledge and organization
Tech knowledge “Mind the gap between Tech and the Business”
Help and support Tribe lead to define strategy
Be the security and IT risks gatekeeper
Budget planning and implementation
Daily management of BPM, its quality and components
Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
Managing complex IT changes in the international and diverse environment
Nasze wymagania
Internal customer focus with detail oriented and acting as the service owner attitude
3+ yrs working experience with leading IT teams
Highly adaptable, comfortable with change as well as capable of quickly rallying teams around key issues
Being Tech-Savvy with high communication skills
Power to build trustworthy relations, share ideas and deliver results
Agile mind-set, drive for changes and passion for improvement
