    We are currently looking to recruit for a:
    IT Operation Analyst with German

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Resolution of end user’s incident and service requests in accordance with Europe Client Services SLA expectations
    • Perform basic incident and problem analysis as required to resolve incidents and requests
    • Perform hardware and software change requests as assigned
    • Perform implementation support as required
    • Attend end user meetings as requested to provide local support to users
    • Install and maintain Nalco local infrastructure as required
    • Deliver against assigned IT and business project initiatives

    What You Will Need:

    • At least 3 years of IT experience including 1 year in a technical customer support role
    • Good knowledge of German and English
    Strong skills with desktop applications, including the following: MS Office 2010/O365/ SharePoint, Excel knowledge, IT ticket management/ Service Now (advance), MS Exchange, Lotus Notes (advance), Windows 7/ Windows 10, hardware knowledge/ server, local client configurations including, SAP GUI, Cisco IP phones ,(advance) , VPN, remote/wireless access connectivity configuration and maintenance

    Well developed skills in the following areas:
    • Basic troubleshooting and problem analysis
    • Oral and written communications in English
    • Customer service skills
    • Willing to follow instructions and procedures
    • High quality reporting to Manager
