Your responsibilities

An outstanding opportunity to join us and become a part of team which is responsible for operations, data load, automatic integration as well as user support for the platform. You will have chance to work directly with the vendor Apptio for all production aspects of the SaaS hosted solution. This unique role also offers the opportunity to develop strong Technology Business Management (TBM) skills including IT planning, accounting processes, service TCO management, data management and modelling.

Role includes the following responsibilities:

-Management and ownership of operational processes (data loads, data validation, stakeholder communication and issue resolution) complying with SOX regulations.

-Technical ownership of the platform (troubleshooting, maintenance, performance optimization) and support to Application Owner.

-Application production support in line with IT Service Management framework, i.e. release, incident, change and problem management.

-Being an active member of the agile development team to evaluate impact of change and to support development activities from a non-functional perspective.

-Primary face-off to vendor in terms of support activities.

Our requirements

  • Strong analytical profile with ability to solve technical, data related problems in a fast paced environment.

  • Extensive operational experience with supporting Management Information Systems (Apptio or similar TBM or Finance related experience is desirable).

  • Prior experience in L1/L2 support and application IT ownership with hands on and practical knowledge of Incident and Change Management.

  • Experience with IT COO organizations or equivalent function (Business Management).

  • ITIL certification.

  • Proven experience in presenting and communicating to senior business partners.

  • Technical Skills:

  • High proficiency in advanced Excel (formulas, pivots, charts, large datasets handling).

  • Ability to write SQL statements (practical knowledge is required).

  • Detailed understanding of complex database structure.

  • Prior experience with handling large data sets.

  • Good understanding of IT and Infrastructure products and services.

  • Knowledge of IT financial processes (volume planning, rate setting, TCO, PxQ).

  • Apptio / TBM model knowledge.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work in an agile and fast changing environment.

  • Willingness and ability to learn and obtain new knowledge and experience.

  • Results oriented individual with strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and client management skill.

  • Flexibility in terms of working hours (late evenings or early mornings may be required during month end or other critical activities).
