    The position we offer

    As an IT Operations Specialist in Simplification and Quality team, you will be responsible for gathering requirements from requestors in order to build Work orders by developer in BMC Remedy.  
     
    In Simplification & Quality team in ITSS unit, we are responsible for constant improvement of processes, tools and approach for the services related to end user support.  
     
    What you’ll be doing:  
     
    • Work with ITSM SRM Module,  
    • User Support (incidents, requests),  
    • Continuous work for simplifying and automating work tasks, and thereby reducing the number of Incidents and/or Work Orders,
    • Perform quality assurance on tickets created/managed by our IT Support.  
     
    The role is based in Gdynia.

    Your background:  
     
    • Minimum a year of professional experience in ITIL environment.  
    • Excellent communication skills, fluent English and find it interesting and rewarding to work in a cross-border Nordic organisation.
