About the project
The Service Integration Department manages multiple supplier services and integrates them into single business facing IT organization. It strives to achieve the strategic imperatives by using a highly responsive product-centric organization and assures provision of an outstanding and consistent IT service and user experience. It owns ServiceNow Platform and Service Management Process Framework as the core of a fit-for-purpose IT application and technology landscape and ensures effective governance and orchestration of service delivery in line with Hitachi Energy IT Operating Model.
We are looking for an individual that has a deep understanding and experience in how to define, document, implement, maintain and most importantly constantly improve and adjust to organizational needs ITIL processes to achieve organizational goals and efficiencies while overcoming departmental boundaries. The successful candidate will help us establish organization with value network thinking while preventing silo-thinking.
Your responsibilities
Manage process from cradle to grave and from definition to operations within the context of delivering the value to its customers within the defined product group
Create and deploy industry benchmark ITIL-based IT Service Management process definitions, documentation and implementations across enterprise (infrastructure, platform and applications, and security services)
Manage process stakeholders and internal and external process interfaces
Ensure measurability and reportability of process including definition and operationalization of metrices, SLAs, KPIs, and Critical Success Factors
Analyse potential for improvement and implement measures to increase process effectiveness and efficiency
Typical deliverables would consist of: process design documentation, guiding principles, policies, procedures, linkage to corporate standards and quality controls, metrics and key performance indicators, process improvement stories, training material and desk-side supports, community of practice and artifacts.
Our requirements
Min. 7 years of IT experience, preferably in service provision environment
Min. 3 years of experience in IT Service Management definition and/or supervision (execution of ITIL processes not included here)
ITIL v4. Managing Professional certificate or alternatively ITIL v3 Expert certificate
ServiceNOW experience and/or certifications
Fluent written and spoken English is a must
Strong ownership and leadership demonstrated with a success track over previous assignments
Ability to work in Agile environment and translate process requirements to stories for technical implementation
CSDM (Common Service Data Model) practical experience would be a strong benefit
DevOps certifications or experience would be welcome
Product-oriented organization exposure would be welcome
