Recruitment for
Our Client in an international company from insurance sector. For their developing structures we are looking to hire experienced candidates for the role of IT Product Owner dedicated to Data Monetisation.
Your responsibilities
Responsible to manage the end2end product development process: research, discovery, prototyping, testing, delivery, release, and product marketing/sales
Market research: build empathy for potential customers, understand their needs, anticipate requirements, and market trends
Responsible for product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Stakeholder management: coordination and alignment of all involved departments, external partners (banks, insurance providers etc.) and internal stakeholders
Managing the product backlog and prioritize
Coordinate technical decisions related to the product and lead aligned team staffing decisions
Collaborate with Commercial Teams in the market and the central Data Engineering Team to deliver excellent results
Keeping all stakeholders informed on progress and status
Employer requirements
Degree in computer science, business, or comparable field
+5 years of professional experience as Product Owner, preferably for a B2B or data product
Experience as a Product Owner in company from insurance or banking sector (or similiar)
Strong product management skills with focus on product launch and delivery and organizational excellence
Track record of successfully launching and monetising digital products in a comparable environment
Optional
Experience working with agile, cross-functional product development teams. Experience with matrix organisation
