IT Product Owner
Localization: Wrocław

Your skills & experience:

  • University degree - preferably in the Information Technology, Project Management
  • 3 years’ experience in project management (Scrum, Agile)
  • Solid technological background
  • Experience with delivering projects
  • Good outlook in a new technologies
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job purpose:

Cooperating with business in designing, producing, implementing and maintaining major IT digital solutions for AmRest. The role includes IT solution ownership, cooperation with departments especially Brands, Operations and IT to ensure smooth implementation and maintenance of solution. The role is also responsible for maintaining 2nd line of support and communication between all parties involved in the product operationalization. 

Your challenges:

  • Specify software product requirements and design processes needed for implementation and support
  • Coordinate communication between all parties (vendors) and departments involved within product scope
  • Maintaining software product roadmap and managing priorities for development agreed with business owners
  • Support and document country rollouts for digital systems including localization
  • Managing software product integrations and integrity within geographies and brands
  • Managing support and development contracts with vendors
  • Managing products documentation for support and information flow between involved vendors, brands, departments and countries
  • Coordinating and managing 2nd line support processes for software product
