    We are looking for dynamic people oriented on development for the position:

    IT Project Leader (contract for implementation of TMS system)

    The Project leader

    • Is responsible for implementing the transport management and transport planning systems in Poland
    • ensures the operational transport processes are described and agreed upon
    • manages the master data quality by working closely with the Logistic engineers
    • works closely with the project team consisting of implementation consultants in the Netherlands to ensure the requirements are configured
    • liaises with the trainer who trains the operational staff in Poland to ensure all aspects of the configured implementation is tested and results are registered on an issue list
    • acts as the interface between the business and the project organisation and creates support and acceptance for the change
    • manages the timely delivery of the project goals
    • liaises with the program management and related projects to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated
    • maintains an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact


    • Apply a project management approach
    • Develop and maintain an agreed project plan and detailed stage plans
    • Understand and apply business case and change management processes
    • Build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project


    The preferred candidate:

    • Has knowledge of Roadrunner transport system
    • Has knowledge of transport planning processes
    • Has an understanding of transport management and transport planning systems
    • Is experienced in project management
    • Has an understanding of or is experienced in change management
    • Works independently
    • Is available and willing to travel between Poland and NL
    • Is fluent in English
