Recruitment for
Our Client is an international well know company from leasing sector that is providing financial and insurance services for clients that are interested in purchasing their products. For developing structures we are looking to hire candidate for the position IT Project Manager.
Your responsibilities
* Project planning and execution:
-resource planning (effort estimation, heat-map, budget etc.)
-requirements analysis - translate business needs into "IT language
-provide suggestions for solutions, agree solutions between Business and IT provider
-steer IT provider for Project
-provide effort estimates and sourcing recommendations for Business requirements
-co-operate with provider's Project Managers
-verify deliverables
-provide input and take part in workshops, meetings, Steering Committees etc.
-communication with internal/external project teams
-start-up management, status reports, closedown reports
-manage project documentation
* Project portfolio planning and execution:
-Support PMQ and ITM with project portfolio planning - provide input,
-Prepare sprint planning in co-operation with providers
-Prepare release plan
-Take part in IT Committee, providing estimations of effort size
-Take part in prioritization
-Take part in feasibility studies
* Quality Management:
-Support Business with acceptance criteria and test scenarios definition
-Verify deliverables
-Coordinate defects handling process
Employer requirements
Min 2 years of experience in IT in financial sector (banking, insurance etc.)
Experience in leading a project team and steering external providers
Experience in financial institution (preferably captive leasing company) - as advantage
Experience in working in international project teams
Practical knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Knowledge of Agile PM tools
Knowledge of SQL
Very good knowledge of MS Offic
