    Credit Suisse is looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive projects in Enterprise Capabilities. This department is responsible to deliver tools and platforms to enable workflow optimization, automation and digitalized services. This is an exciting, challenging and rewarding role for a dynamic Project Manager with a passion for delivering excellent products and services.

    The Project Management (PM) role will be responsible for the delivery of projects according to Credit Suisse Policies and Standards. High level this means:

    • Ability to work within an international team and provide clear leadership and direction to its members, including integrating with and providing oversight of development deliverables owned by 3rd party resources.
    • Develop business and technical requirements through consultation with key client partners and ensuring adherence to corporate standards for risk and security compliance.
    • Manage projects to deliver against agreed scope, on time and within budget.
    • Opportunity to contribute to department wide objectives.
    • Plan and manage budget, resources and breakthroughs.
    • Craft and maintain project charters,, cost plans and RAID logs.
    • Working according to the internal project methodology (CS Solution Delivery Framework).
    • Produce and communicate project status reports at Steering Committee and Director Levels.

    Qualifications:

    • Education and Experience (10 years+).
    • Degree or higher education in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
    • At least 10 years’ experience as an IT-Project Manager, managing large and complex IT Infrastructure projects, preferably in the banking/finance industry.
    • Large experience in running projects according to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
    • PMP/Prince2 or other project management certification is required.
    • Certification in ITIL and Scrum preferable.
    • Fluent written and spoken in English.
    • Solid understanding of MS Office, proficiency in JIRA, MS Project and other of Project Management tools desired.
    • Excellent communication/presentation (oral and written) and report writing skills.
    • Experience leading technical teams & achieving results in a project context using resources that do not report directly (e.g. from other departments, external suppliers etc.).
    • High degree of flexibility with a “can do” attitude, able to work effectively with limited level of instruction and supervision.
