Your responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with customers
Active and independent supervision over the implementation of IT projects
Establishing and maintaining processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
Supporting risk management and change management
Reporting project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
Monitoring and motivating project team members to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
Our requirements
Native German language
5+ years of experience in successful project delivery for external clients, using Waterfall/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
Excellent command of both written and spoken English (C1/C2 level)
Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira or Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Office Suite
Experience in managing several ongoing projects across multiple teams
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with proven experience analyzing, problem-solving and documenting complex business processes
Will be plus to have project management certificates as PRINCE, PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.
