About the project
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager, who will lead the execution and delivery of IT programs and projects within Service Domain in close collaboration with business partners and various IT teams.
Your responsibilities
Lead and manage complex IT program/projects within Service Domain.
Coordinate work of cross functional program team(s) and inspire them to achieve successful execution of programs and to expand their domain and technical knowledge
Provide overall communication and interface with all areas affected by the program including cross-functional stakeholders and dependent teams
Act as an escalation point for program/project issues. Effectively communicate appropriate infor-mation to stakeholders in a timely manner and to achieve desired understanding and support
Prepare weekly summary of the progress and communicate with necessary stakeholders
Prepare and present to senior stakeholders in Steering Committee sessions
Understand the business requirements for the complex program/s within Service Domain (Enter-prise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM) and Asset Performance Man-agement (APM))
Understand the business process and guide analysts to define the target in the EAM, FSM and APM areas
Review and analyze the supplier proposals from the technical perspective and evaluate the esti-mates in terms of resourcing and time plan
Develop detailed program execution plan, monitor each stage of program implementation, man-age program critical path, being mindful of upstream and downstream dependencies
Understand the influence of other programs and make judicious decisions as relevant
Manage the cost, schedule and performance objectives of the projects within a program. Manage interdependencies between projects in order to realize specified benefits. Drive the program teams to execute programs within scope, on time, within the budget and delivering a high-quality results with a high level of satisfaction
Prepare and interpret risk analyses to take corrective action to prevent/mitigate risks/issues
Our requirements
10+ years of experience in leading complex IT programs/projects with global presence
Knowledge about Enterprise Asset Management, Field Service Management, Asset Performance Management processes and tools
Experience in implementation large programs in one of the solutions/products for Asset man-agement, FSM, Asset performance management
Experience of working in ecosystem with SAP H4/HANA, Salesforce, Mulesoft is an advantage
Working experience in managing data strategy and providing guidance to architects for develop-ing data models in relevance to the program
Understanding about the install base management solutions in large enterprises
Ability to process and understand the service processes and the stakeholders involved in the same
Experience in managing 3rd party service providers
Self driven and motivated individual
Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation skills
Strong leadership skills, time management, decision making, independence and discipline
