Your responsibilities
- Analysis and understanding of the client's program strategy;
- Development of program and project management plans;
- Creation and maintenance of project plans for various phases of the process;
- Management and communication within the project team;
- Measure and evaluate progress against plan and coordinate deviations;
- Performing activities related to risk management;
- Participating in regular meetings with clients and taking care of effective cooperation;
- Supporting the project implementation, monitoring and control phase by performing the administrative tasks of the project such as time and expense reporting and approval, invoice preparation and approval;
- Support in the field of administrative and commercial closing of projects.
Our requirements
- 5 years of experience in managing IT projects;
- English language enabling easy communication, B2 / C1;
- Experience in running projects for large international clients;
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, including Scrum, possibly Nexus / Kanban;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills;
- Focus on achieving the assumed goals.
Optional
- Acquaintance with Jira;
- Experience / background in a technical role;
- Experience as a Proxy-Product Owner.
