About the project
For our client, from the production industry, we realize a recruitment process on the position IT Project Manager MS Dynamics.
IT PM will be responsible to define, document and carry out sets of related projects within a program within the Project Management function. Assure business requirements are translated into operational plans.
Direct and coordinate activities to implement projects from initiation stage to operation including the transition into “business-as-usual” and maintenance.
The projects to be managed are:
Microsoft Dynamics implementation
Microsoft Dynamics product enhancement
IT PM will also be managing change control procedure, costs, timescales, adherence to scope, interdependencies, program risk and will take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
Toward methods and processes (how):
Provide effective leadership to the project members. Ensure that own projects are formally closed and that lessons learned are recorded.
Follow the quality standards. This include working with all the supporting departments and stakeholders
Apply Group instructions and management reporting requests
· Update own working methods and means (documentation)
· Apply group values
Your responsibilities
Support on Developing and delivering a project business requirement statement.
Actively define and monitor all project phases;
Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project;
Set goals, work packages for the project team members to achieve project goals;
Prepares realistic plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) and tracks activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder;
Monitor costs, timescales and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances;
Keep the project plans updated together with deliverables (e.g. presentations, communications and other documentation as required);
Provide coaching and guidance to the team members so they can understand their tasks and act on them efficiently;
Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy for ensuring communication with all relevant project’s stakeholder.
The person will directly contribute to impactful & transformational projects toward company digitalization journey
Our requirements
University degree
Project Methodology certification: PMI or Prince 2 foundation
5+ years of proven work experience in Project Management
Demonstrated experience in leading teams with focus on application and/or infrastructure projects,
Management Reporting (benchmarks, metrics, dashboards, etc.) with good communication skills.
Risk management
Effective stakeholder management
Very good skills of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel;
Very good organizational, time management and communication skills;
High standards of accuracy, presentation and attention to detail;
Ability to work in a fast changing and challenging environment;
English on B2 level is a must
Self-sufficient
Customer oriented
Ready to work in international environment
Forward-thinking, ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
Minimal level of accounting/finance experience
Application knowledge and relative many years of experience of the various modules that make up the MS Dynamics CRM 365 platform, in particular Sales and Marketing, Field Service, Customer Service modules;
Knowledge of the Customization part of the MS Dynamics CRM 365 platform (configuration, data models, views, forms, advanced search, dashboards, workflows, business rules, etc.);
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint (as a user)
