Recruitment for
Our Client is a company from retail sector. For their newly created IT structures we are looking to hire candidate for the position of IT Project Manager
Your responsibilities
End-to-end delivery of IT projects (internal IT or business, including eCommerce)
Liaising with business stakeholders, application owners and SMEs to understand requirements and specifications for solutions projects
Liaising with the development team (internal and vendors) during systems analysis / design / implementation phases of the project.
Proactively manage stakeholders, priorities and competing requirements
Proactively manage scope and budgets
Ensuring that initiatives get delivered in a timely and transparent manner
Ensure quality of solutions
Service Transition to Service Delivery / Support Teams
Other initiatives as required for co-ordination and driving
Using platforms such as Jirra, MS Project to track and report on projects/enhancements/initiatives
Organise, co-ordinate/lead and communicate outages and releases (may occur outside business hours)
Employer requirements
Experience in project and/or delivery management and/or as Scrum master
Hands-on experience with Lean, Agile & Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and engagement skills
Strong stakeholder management skills and delivery focus
Experience in eCommerce integrations advantageous
Experience in vendor management advantageous
Experience with software development and delivery advantageous
Retail experience is advantageous
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
