We are looking for IT Project Managers who will be responsible for managing IT & Infrastructure projects within ServiceNow platform for a rapidly expanding biopharmaceutical company with state-of-the-art facilities across Europe.

• Planning and executing IT development and infrastructure projects in accordance with the company’s internal development guidelines
• Leading project teams and implementing project specific processes within defined financial budget
• Acting as liaison and connection between internal project teams and external partners
• Organizing and leading project management meetings including preparation of program status reports
• Preparation of proper documentation of meetings and communication of meeting outcomes to the team, management and other applicable stakeholders
• Responsibility to align x-portfolio activities and to align with line function heads on resource planning and deliverables, facilitating x-functional discussions
• Supervising the process of creating and implementing protocols, reports, methods, procedures and other documents required by internal rules and procedures
