Your responsibilities
Steer the planning and implementation of IT projects.
Develop full-scale project plans including the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, project budget, projects tasks and resource requirements.
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools (MS Project).
Provide guidance and support to project team and take on responsibility to implement project changes.
Monitor and report on progress, risks and solutions to all stakeholders.
Make proposal to project improvements to project Ster-Com.
Further development of project methodology within our Project Competence Center.
Support with definition of tasks coordination.
Sharing of knowledge and best practices in order to solve problems which are typically undefined and unexpected.
Is the face to the site when it comes to major escalations and need for explanation.
Our requirements
Bachelor´s or Master’s degree Business Informatics, Business Development or Project Management.
4 years’ experience in successful project management of IT projects (e.g. SAP, infrastructure, digitalization).
Experience in change management (transition&change) in ERP and non ERP.
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools (e.g. Scrum, Solution Manager) is a plus.
Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
High level communication skills .
