About the project

As a IT Project Manager at Booksy, you will join the Partnerships Team responsible for:

● Providing integrations between Booksy systems and external APIs;

● Shipping data and powering bookings via partners sites like Google/Facebook/Instagram/Groupon;

● Maintenance and development of current partnerships integrations.

Your responsibilities

  • Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines;

  • Gathering requirements and develop project scopes and objectives;

  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects;

  • Reporting and escalating to management as needed;

  • Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;

  • Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;

  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs/scope for the project change.

Our requirements

  • Proven working experience in project management;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English B2 or higher);

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;

  • Preferred strong working knowledge one of the following - Asana/Jira/Trello/Monday or similar.
