About the project

What for us means work as a Project Manager:

📌“Think big, start small”- approach: Based on Agile Project Management Methods we start implementing an MVP (Minimal Viable Product), that is growing in iterative steps. We have been applying Scrum Framework for more than 10 years… :)

📌working with experienced Project Managers, sharing knowledge on workshops and informal meetings.

📌involved from the beginning of a project to the completion of that project. She or He has influence at each of these stages (direct contact with the client).

Your responsibilities

We can make you responsible for:

👉ensuring that used frameworks, methodologies, and processes work well and generate maximum business value

👉supporting project teams in establishing efficient ways of working and resolving impediments

👉guiding teams in introducing improvements and adapting to changes

👉supporting team members competence to find root causes and create solid improvements

👉improving cooperation and communication between teams and customer organization

Our requirements

You are The One if you have:

✔️experience in Project Management in IT industry projects for at least 3 years as IT Project Manager

✔️good understanding of Project Management principles

✔️knowledge of various Project Management techniques and methodologies

✔️hands-on experience with the software development process

✔️ability to fostering team spirit in projects

✔️strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔️fluent English
