Who we're looking for
- Professional and practical experience (6+ years) in IT Project Management
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead teams in an international environment
- A strong communicator both verbally and in writing
- Comfortable working in international, complex environment
- Able to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- Academic background in IT, Economics, Management or equivalent is an advantage
Must-have requirements:
- Proven track record of Project Management preferably in large IT transformations
- Good knowledge of Project Management methods and tools
- Experience in Teams building and management
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies and software development cycle
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in English
- Project management certification (e.g. PMI, AgilePM, SAFe)
Nice-to-have requirements:
- Understanding of Financial Services Industry (Banking&Insurance)
- Experience in professional services firm
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in German (on top of English)
Your future role
- managing large transformation projects/programs (IT systems implementation/IT Transformation) including multiple vendors
- liaising between implementation teams, software vendors and business to ensure transparent communication and efficient cooperation
- coordinating work of various teams in order to successfully deliver high quality product
- improving quality standards and procedures, looking for a new ways/approaches of projects delivery
- supporting scoping and business analysis to identify project challenges and points of improvements
- risk management, project planning, tracking & reporting, team management - according to best practices and project methodology
