Your responsibilities
Actively monitor project implementation to ensure all commitments are met; respond to unforeseen situations
Taking care of the project schedule, costs and scope
Allocate resources
Leading the team to develop project scope, objectives, detailed plans and quality metrics
Identify and mitigate risks
Develop business relationships with clients
Resolve emerging issues
Ensuring customer and team satisfaction
Preparing reports - internal and for the client
Liaising with team leaders and management
Our requirements
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to support us in running projects and who:
• Has at least 2 years of project management experience
• She/He is familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Is able to manage a team and solve problems
• Can see what is important to the client and deliver it
• Is well organised and analytical
• Is concrete and goal-oriented
• Understands the business perspective and thinks in terms of processes
• Understands the need for reporting
• Communicates freely in English, both written and spoken
It's okay if you don't have project management experience in the IT industry. All you need is to be motivated and willing to take on the challenge!
