    International E-shops operator in the field of consumer electronics TURBADO looking for a key managing position, operating throughout the Holding.

    IT Project Manager
    Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

    Employment: Permanent contract

     

    Salary: Basic salary + performance based bonuses

     

    Education: Degree in business management, technique, IT or related

     

    Language: English – internal communication language - spoken and written daily communication

     

    Job description:

    • Management of IT projects in the field of e-commerce;
    • Working closely with the service, owners and international teams of partners; understanding of the product roadmaps and drive of the overall new products introduction schedules;
    • Leading of the initiatives and working closely with teams across the organization, including hardware, software and product management;
    • Working with the teams of partners to define deliverables, roadmaps, and accompanying documentation for ad-hoc projects and programs;
    • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints;
    • Driving up process and tooling improvements to increase visibility, throughput and output quality;
    • Achieving KPI targets;
    • Reporting to higher management at an international level.

    Required skills:

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and native language;
    • Knowledge and experience of the project management and understanding of the agile processes (Agile develop. enviroment);
    • Good problem-solving skills;
    • Analytical thinking, managerial skills, leadership;
    • High level IT working knowledge/ Business Infrastructure;
    • Good understanding how e-commerce works;
    • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills;
    • Minimum 5 years of experience and proven success in people management and experience with IT projects management desired;
    • Perseverance, self-reliance and the ability to overcome obstacles;
    • Verifiable past references are COMPULSORY;
    • Active English – internal communication language - spoken and written daily communication.
