  • A Project Manager with 5+ years of proven successful professional project management experience in software development domain, outsourcing, and/or product companies
  • Showing previous technical background as a software engineer, QC Engineer, or a similar role, which will be a huge advantage
  • Having Upper-intermediate English spoken/written level, and German spoken level will be a huge advantage
  • Experienced with German (DACH) enterprise clients, understanding their specifics, approaches, expectations, and needs
  • Hands-on with managing cross-functional teams of 10+ employees, especially multinational remote distributed teams, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Showing project ownerships in all aspects: budget, scope, schedule as well as all project stages from Initiation to Closure
  • Understanding Traditional (PMI, Prince2, RUP and etc.) and Agile (SCRUM, Kanban, XP, Lean and etc.) as well as mixed project management methodologies and frameworks
  • Experient and interested in Pre-Sales activities and Account Development with potential/existing clients
  • Showing background of Dedicated Team, Time and Material, Fix Price, SLA models(and/or), Legal Contracts
  • Proficient in establishing consistent project management processes within the project from scratch with new teams, continuous improvement, metrics, reporting 
  • An excellent communicator with presenting skills, as well as strong leadership skills
  • A technology enthusiast willing to expand the technical knowledge and sharing it with others
  • Proficient in risk management and issues resolution
  • Managing the client expectations; monitoring and contributing to the increase of CSAT
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of the project team structure  and profitability level
  • A problem solver ready for challenges and reaching goals based on KPIs



  • Managing teams of engineers on a day-to-day basis in Agile environment with some level of uncertainty
  • New and existing clients on business development and presales activities to start new projects
  • Facilitating communication with client and engineering team on requirements, priorities, and delivery milestones
  • Requirements decomposition facilitation, scope items estimation, and WBS development 
  • Performing risk assessment, defining dependencies and assumptions 
  • Reviewing technical specifications and architecture documentation, facilitating communication with architecture team on identified discrepancies or potential risks 
  • Project scope management, timely identification of scope changes, analyzing their impact on schedule and budget, proper communication to Change Review Board and project stakeholders 
  • Defining and gathering project health metrics
  • Controlling project progress against defined and agreed with the customer milestones and project status reporting to stakeholders on a regular basis 
  • Regular team performance review, timely identification, and removal of roadblocks on the team way to success
