We are looking for an individual that has a good understanding and experience in IT Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The successful candidate will join Office of the Head of IT. Your mission is to bring PPM maturity of IT department to the next level.

Your responsibilities

  • Facilitate IT project portfolio governance meetings with senior IT and Business managers
  • Collate inputs into IT project scoring process and facilitate prioritization with key decision-makers
  • Identify possible synergies between portfolios and drive portfolio optimization with IT and Business stakeholders
  • Consolidate inputs into monthly IT project portfolio reports and analyze it to ensure unbiased performance status
  • Maintain the IT project portfolio roadmaps of ongoing projects and new incoming project requests
  • Ensure project dependency checks within the portfolio of 100+ small and large projects worldwide
  • Monitor and verify IT project portfolio benefits forecasts and benefits realization
  • Calculate and analyze KPIs related to IT Project Portfolio Management processes
  • Ensure consistent classification of IT projects across the portfolios (e.g. compliance, keep the light on, enhancement projects, etc.)
  • Run data quality checks in IT PPM tool in order to increase data completeness and correctness
  • Coordinate IT projects related data inputs into annual financial budget planning
  • Maintain IT Project Portfolio Management (PPM) framework documentation
  • Continuously improve the PPM framework and toolset in alignment with key IT and Business stakeholders

Your background

  • Lean Six Sigma certification – Green Belt at least (preferably Black Belt)
  • More than 5 years of experience in IT Project Portfolio Management
  • Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Application Development lifecycle
  • Good knowledge of financial planning and budgeting of IT projects
  • Ownership and leadership skills demonstrated with a successful track record
  • Background in planning complex projects and managing 3rd party vendors
  • Ability to cooperate with IT and Business stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in working with virtual teams in an international environment
  • Experience with PPM tools implementation and usage adoption
  • Experienced user of PowerPoint for effective online presentations
  • Analytical and rational thinking person with strong Excel skills
  • Very good communication and influencing / persuasion skills
  • Proficient English is a must
