Your responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening, and assessing the candidates,

  • End-to-end candidate experience management through utilizing the best talent acquisition tools & technologies,

  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers alongside functional managers and HR professionals,

  • Building positive relationships with candidates and LKQ employees

  • Working closely in employer branding environment teams,

  • Verification and selection of candidate applications that match the desired profile

  • Posting job advertisements

  • Developing recruitment skills by participating in numerous training courses offered by our company

  • Candidate database administration and updating

Our requirements

  • Recruitment experience in the IT/ Digital field with a strong track record of meeting ambitious targets;

  • Proficiency in recruiting platforms with a sound understanding of Direct Search and creative recruiting tactics,

  • A customer service focus, with the ability to build strong relationships, very good communication skills,

  • A willingness to identify & solve difficult problems as they relate to recruiting,

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail,

  • Ability to work in a team (experience working with remote teams appreciated)

  • Good knowledge of English,

The IT Recruiter will play a key role in the development and execution of the recruitment strategies. He/she will be responsible for providing the right candidates, sourcing and attracting candidates to ensure company requirements through the usage of various channels.

We are looking for the proactive person who effectively manage the candidate talent pool, based on business needs and role specification, who can conduct phone calls, prepare long-list and short-list relevant candidates and provide relevant feedback and reporting activities.
