Your responsibilities
- Running a full recruitment cycle for IT positions for polish and international entities
- Working closely with hiring managers and heads of teams
- Creating, posting detailed job and project descriptions
- Exploring new sourcing channels
- Building strong relationships with candidates
- Participate in other HR projects (onboarding, employer branding, talent management, learning & development, etc.)
Our requirements
- Experience in recruiting for IT roles
- Have knowledge regarding software development cycle, Agile, and Scrum approaches
- Are interested in the continuous development of sourcing and interviewing skills
- Proactive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Open for challenges and work with deadlines
- Great team player with strong communication skills
- Well organized
- Have fluency in English
