    IT Recruiter

    You will be involve in developing and delivering candidate attraction strategies, effectively manage the talent pool of candidates, conducting interviews, short-listing appropriate candidates, providing feedback and reporting activities. Duties and responsibilities will include and not limited to:

    • Identifying suitable candidates using different recruitment channels (job boards, talent pools, databases) and maintaining an active candidate pipeline
    • Conducting phone screen calls with internal and external candidates
    • Managing job board advertising to ensure maximum effectiveness
    • Creating and maintaining positive relationship with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
    • Updating the recruitment system
    • Delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solution to meet business growth need

    The following list would make up the ideal new member of the team but more important than the below is your own way of working – if you are a hard worker, eager to learn and ready to make a difference this could be the role for you.   We are on the lookout for someone with:

    • At least 6 months of previous experience within sourcing/recruitment with IT roles
    • IT literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is a must.
    • You need to know English on minimum B2 level.
    • Knowledge of appropriate channels and sourcing techniques
    • Track record of external sourcing in an agency, RPO or in house team will be a big asset
